How much are the delivery charges?

We have a diverse line of products in both electronics and non-electronics category and we levy delivery charges on different products. The shipping charges to be levied on different products are mentioned along with the product on our website. We believe that the product should reach you in the best condition and charging shipping helps us to deliver the products safe and in fastest time possible to you.

What is the estimated delivery time?

All orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days of placing an order. Delivery shall not be made on Sundays and on Public Holidays since there are no courier services available on these days. In case of natural calamities and disasters, the order may get delayed further. We do not take responsibility of delay in such cases.

How will the delivery be done?

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your non-electronics items only (i.e. except Mobiles, Gaming Consoles, Cameras, Laptops) via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost. If your order contains an electronics item (Mobiles, Gaming Consoles, Cameras, Laptops) we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that can be serviced by our courier partners.

Can more than one items be shipped to different addresses?

All items in an order will be shipped to the same address i.e. the Shipping address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you would have to place multiple orders for each item which you wish to deliver at different address.

How will I know the shipping status of my order?

We’ll notify you by sending an email when your product is dispatched from our end. Additionally, you may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking the ‘Track your Order’ link. We also send a confirmation email once the order is delivered to you.

Will all the items in an order ship together?

While we strive to ship all the items in your order together, however this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. Thus, your order may be dispatched in separate parcels and on different dates. You may check the shipping status of each item in your order by clicking on ‘Track your Order’ link on our website.

What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?

Before accepting shipment, kindly ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If you believe that the product is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, we request you to refuse to accept delivery and inform us immediately by calling on our Customer Helpline number 0120- 6756700. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

What should I do if I receive wrong merchandise instead of my order?

We will make the best possible efforts to ensure that the correct order is delivered to your shipping address. However, if there is a mismatch in the order received at your end, we will arrange for the incorrect item to be picked up from your doorstep and dispatch the right item without any additional cost. The only thing you need to ensure is that you have the actual invoice and the product is in its original packaging, along with all free gifts and accessories.

Does deliver internationally?

We do not deliver products internationally. You are more than welcome to make purchases on our website from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure that shipping address is within India.
