Cancellations & Refunds


Issue of Refund:

Refunds are issued by us only in situations that meet the following parameters:

• In cases when an order is cancelled by you.

• In case stock is not available for replacement.

• In case when you have returned the product, in adherence to the terms stipulated in the Return Policy, and have requested for a refund.

Tracking Refund Status After Returning Product:

When the product in question has been returned, the nature of the damage or defect will first be verified before initiating refund.

To track the status of your refund, you can call our customer care number at 0120-6756700, anytime between 6am to 2am (next day).

Refund Amount Not Reflecting:

Even after we have initiated the refund, it may take a while to reflect in your account. Mostly, banks and financial institutions have a longer processing window and it may take10 business days to reflect the money in your account. It is best that you contact them to track the status of your refund after providing them with the reference number given by our customer care.

Time for Processing Refund after Return of Product:

Your refund request will be processed within 10 days after the receipt of the product at our warehouse.

Credit of Refund Amount:

Refunds are based on the method of payment used while placing the order. Given below are the refund options that we follow, for the different payment options.

1. Credit Card or Debit Card or Internet Banking:

If while placing the order you used Credit Card or Debit Card or Internet Banking: as the method for making the payment method, your respective bank account will be credited with the refund amount. We begin the refund process within a maximum of 4 working days after receiving of the product at our warehouse and our team checks the product and gives a nod for refund. However, the respective banks might take up to 10 working days to reflect the refund in your account statements.

2.Cash on Delivery or Cheque or Demand Draft:

If the payment was made using cash on delivery mode order you will receive the refund in the form of a cheque favouring the “billing name” provided at the time of order.

Wrong Name on Refund Cheque:

In such cases, the “mistake” should be intimated to us through an e-mail sent to customercare@sdtvmail.in. You may also call our customer care number 0120-6756700, anytime between 6am to 2am (Next day).

After receiving your intimation, we will dispatch a fresh cheque in the address given by you within 10 working days. The cheque will be in favour of the “billing name” provided at the time of order.

Tracking the refund Status after the Product Has Been Collected:

When the product has reaches our warehouse our team will inspect the product and evaluate the extent of the damage/ defect. We will take a maximum of 10 days to initiate the refund. To track the status of your refund, you can call our customer care number at 0120-6756700, anytime between 6am to 2am.

Products Eligible for Refund:

All products on www.shopdirecttv.com are eligible for refund or replacement, with an exception of the following: Lingerie, innerwear, briefs, wristbands, vests, trunks, mittens, socks, cosmetics, deodorants, perfumes, flowers, contraceptives, bullion; and any complimentary or free items that is a part of the main order.

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hrs once your order gets cancelled. Please note that a shipped order cannot be cancelled.
